International Maple Syrup Institute (IMSI) and the North American Maple Syrup Council (NAMSC) held the 54th annual meeting of the NAMSC and the 39th annual meeting of the IMSI. Maple Syrup producers representing 17 commercial maple producing states and Canadian provinces within North America came together. IMSI-NAMSC meetings, workshops, and technical sessions were attended by 273 people at the Delta-Beausejour Hotel in downtown Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.
